Newsletter number Six
September 2021
Hello all,
We hope you are all well. Have you been out and about? We are going to continue with the newsletter as it seems to be quite popular with members. If you have any comments or news, you would like added to the October issue, please let us know. Well, here is all the latest since our last newsletter in July 2021.
1] Pop-up shop @ Goudies [July] and the Charity Shop @ School Venal [Sept] – Both were a success in different ways. Collectively we took £1,052.25. We had lots of members, helping, bringing donations, offering help, or just popping in to have a quick chat. It was great to see you all, and we introduced a few non-members to MOF’s handing out flyers and other info. We would especially like to say a big thank you, to three members who really went that bit extra, Phyllis Callow, Marion Kerr, and Jackie Wilson without whom we would not have managed. And for those that missed the notice on Facebook our big Hamper was won by Pat Graham, congratulations.
2] MOF’s Camera Club, Calendar – We should have the Calendar available before the end of October, and it will be on sale at the craft fair on the 23rd October, it’s all off with the printers at the moment. We look forward to seeing what the camera club have sent us this year, the pictures are always a delight, and we do appreciate all the work the group put into this project every year.
