In the absence of Mrs S Mason, Mrs A Walker chaired this short meeting.

Group reports –

• Walking group- numbers maintained over the summer months.
• Ukulele group – a few members from Ayr OIR joined the group over the summer months due to their group in recess over the
• summer period.
• Out & Abouters – would be going to Glasgow this Friday 8/9/23 and are to meet at the Greenside for 9.15am.
• No other reports given.

September Outing – going to Dumfries & Devil’s Porridge, coach to leave at 9.30am prompt on Thursday 14/9/23.   There are some

members getting dropped off in Dumfries and the remainder will head to the Museum (Devil’s Porridge).

High Tea has been booked at the Royal Hotel, Cumnock.  A copy of the menu was read out and was agreed to.

Christmas Panto – this is booked for Thursday 6 December 2023 at 1pm, cost will be £26.50 at King’s Theatre, Glasgow.

Christmas Markets – this is still being looked at for prices etc.
